Refund & Return Policy – RoadGuard

At RoadGuard, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns  
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at: roadguardsupport@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-returnable items  
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
•⁠  ⁠Items marked as final sale  
•⁠  ⁠Used or damaged items (not due to our error)

Refunds  
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds  
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
•⁠  ⁠Check your bank account again  
•⁠  ⁠Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted)  
•⁠  ⁠Contact your bank

Exchanges  
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us via email.

Shipping Returns  
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items  
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
